Every weekend I tend to splurge on food a little more than usual and the fact that I don't workout at all during the weekend doesn't really help me meet my goal. So my plan for this weekend is to just watch what I eat and control any cravings I get. I'm probably going to workout for abit after my 8am shift, then head home to my Cocoa, rest and then go out with a few friends.
*3 weeks left to lose 10-15 pounds. Don't lose motivation.

You Get What You Put In
Just finished my morning workout and I feel great. Did alot more exercises that worked my core and future ''abs'' than I'm accustomed to and worked out my chest. I'm seeing some good results but not good enough results. After my shift today I'm going to finish off my workout with some cardio. I'll do different types of cardio exercises for an hour but I'll try to push for an hour and 30 mins. PUSH. That is the keyword of the day. To see maximum results you got to push yourself to do that extra few minutes on the treadmill, bike etc. you got to push yourself to do that extra rep/set. Every little extra work you put in will help you in the long run. That's my goal for the month, beat this plateau of mine by PUSHING myself beyond my limits. 10 pounds is my goal I'll push for 15 pounds.
New workout plan: based on what time my dad leaves work in the morning.
first 2 weeks:
workout between 2:30-4:30am
1 hour and 30 mins of abs & chest
15 mins steam room
15 mins shower
workout #2 between 8-9:45am
1 hour and 15 mins: stairmaster, treadmill, elliptical, skipping rope and bike
15-30 mins working out my arms
last 2 weeks:
workout between 12:45-4:30am
1 hour and 30 mins of abs & chest
15 mins steam room
15 mins shower
1 hour and 15 mins: stairmaster, treadmill, elliptical, skipping rope and bike
15-30 mins working out my arms

New Month New Goals
So the month of May wasn't as productive as March/April. It seems I've hit yet another plateau in my dieting/workout/exercising life. I've only managed to lose 3 pounds in the whole month. I got to admit I haven't been eating 3x a day as I used to. Nowadays I would only eat a small snack and a veggie sub from subway and that's it. I also haven't been doing the same amount of cardio as I used to. I don't know what it is about losing motivation after seeing temporary change in my appearance. I'm sitting around the 181-183 lbs. My goal by the end of June is to be between 165-170lbs. That's just 10-15 lbs. What's it going to take? Lots and lots of cardio exercises, eating 3-4x a day but eating healthy of course. I sound obsessed right now but that's what it's going to take to meet and exceed your goals. Why am I doing this? To feel better about myself, to feel and be more confident in the everyday things I do. I want to stop feeling like I can't do things because of the amount of pounds I weigh. As shallow as it may sound I want to look better, have a better looking body. I contemplate this alot and I really only need to workout my stomach, back and my chest. I really have no problem working out my arms or legs, they're somewhat deezed already haha. But anwyays. here it is. hopefully a month from now I will be 10-15 lbs lighter.
